Like I don’t pay enough taxes already I now find the Senate wasting more of my hard earned money on something that is 100% none of their damn business.
Senator Arlen Specter needs a life. He is bitter that the Patriots beat his Eagles in the Superbowl a few years ago and he is going to make them pay no matter what. His claim is that he wants to protect the integrity of the game. Well that is his claim anyway but what I want to know is if the integrity of the game is really what he is after then why is he not going after anyone but the Patriots?
Why does the Senator continue to ignore that Eric Mangini and the NY Jets did the same thing? Why doesn’t he care AT ALL that the Jets were caught cheating and that commissioner not only destroyed those tapes but he kept the cheating the Jets did 100% out of the media. Why doesn’t Senator Specter care AT ALL that Commissioner Roger Goodell’s wife allegedly works for Fox. Yes the very same Fox that leaked the tapes the Patriots used and showed those tapes on their network. Why doesn’t he care AT ALL that Goodell and Eric Mangini are good friends which is why he never told the media about what the Jets did? Yet he blasted the Patriots every chance he got?
Why is none of this going before the Senator? I’ll tell you why because this is a witch hunt. This has nothing to do with the integrity of the game and everything to do with Senator Arlen Specter abusing the power given to him to waste our tax money. If the Patriots had never beaten the Eagles this would not even be a subject. This guy like the Congressmen that let Roger Clemens visit them and sign autographs just days before they were to interview him UNDER OATH should be losing their jobs. This is government waste at its best.

Arlen Specter is just butthurt because his precious eagles got their asses handed to them by the Pats. Boohoo, waaaaaaah. Go back to middle school, senator.
