Someone started a new website to get Danny Ainge fired. It wasn’t me.lol I wish I had the money for that but everyone needs to go sign this petition NOW and get everyone you know to sign it.

Okay lets see. ESPN is reporting some tabloid newspaper from New York is saying that the Red Sox are going to go after Alex Rodriquez next season when Schilling, Clements and Lowell come off the books. I am telling you right now this better not happen. I will not ever support A-fraud in a Red Sox uniform and I don’t care what he does on the field. The whole world knows he is going to opt out of that contract this year which is the only reason Mr April is performing in July. This is going to kill the Red Sox if it ever happens. I don’t know about any other Red Sox fan (except my friends and family who all say no to A-Fraud) but I don’t want that cheater on my team. You do remember A-Fraud slapping the ball out of Bronson Arroyo’s hand don’t you. He almost cheated us out of a chance at a world series and I for one will boo his ass every game if he ever comes here to play. I really don’t see the Red Sox paying him 40 million a year. Manny is a pain in the butt but he has done more for the Red Sox then A-Rod ever could and the Red Sox don’t want to pay Manny 2o plus million. I also hold out hope that Curt Schilling and Mike Lowell stay in Boston.

Speaking of Curt Schilling. Anyone else get the feeling he is staying? Schilling keeps making statements about how he wants to pitch but the Red Sox don’t want him too and that he will do what the Red Sox want. Now come on. If Schilling was ready to pitch nothing would stop him from pitching unless maybe he is being promised a contract extension if he plays the good Sock? Either that or Schilling is doing what he is told in hopes of staying. Either way I want Schilling back in a Red Sox uniform next year and if he isn’t and A-Rod is you will have one very mad Red Sox fan writing a blog.

I am not black and never have been (that I know of) but for the love of God every time you don’t get your own way why is it so many people throw the race card?

Doc Rivers says that the reason some black players don’t want to come to Boston (like Garnett and Marion) is because they perceive Boston to be racist. WOW Could that be any more of a cop out. Shawn Marion and Kevin Garnett do not want to play for the Celtics because they suck. They were the second worst team in the NBA last year and Paul Pierce has been able to get along on the court (before he asked for them to be traded away or agreed with trading them away) exactly one other successful teammate and that was because that teammate bent over backwards to let Paul be the guy and get all the credit. That is why no one wants to play in Boston. To whine about race with the way Doc has coached is complete BS. Doc and Danny are to blame for no one wanting to play in Boston these days and they need to man up and take the blame. We all know that will NEVER happen. I can’t believe they are going to try and blame the fans for their being inept. This is Classic Ainge. This is ten times worse then the BS Byron Scott pulled when Celtics fans were calling out Jason Kidd for being the wife beater he is. There is real racism in this Country but when dumbass people use it as an excuse for everything it takes away from when people are really being treated badly because of their color.

Then that lead us to Gary Sheffield. So many people are afraid of discussing black and white issue’s for fear of being called a racist. Well I am not one of those people. I am not afraid to call out Gary Sheffield for the stupidity of his comments. Everyone knows that the reason he is mad is because he didn’t get his own way. He was mad and made comments about being mad his last year in New York because he was po’ed that they went out and got Bobby Abreu to replace him. Gary forgets that he was the guy that chose to not play hurt and that he was the guy that said he could play but that he didn’t feel like rushing back. That is why they replaced him. To say Joe Torre is racist is ridiculous. When asked about Derek Jeter and how he is treated in NY Sheffield said Jeter isn’t black. He is black and white. If a white person has said that there would be hell to pay but for some reason Gary Sheffield gets to say whatever he wants and it gets dismissed as Gary is being Gary. I am NO defender of the New York Yankees but if anyone is the racist in this situation it is Gary Sheffield. If Joe Torre truly treated black and white players differently he would not have been in baseball as long as he has been. Not in New York.
