Thank you. Someone is smiling down on me if this article is true. Look like I am about to get my wish. Looks like someone is finally telling Ainge he isn’t doing the job right. Looks like Pierce is finally realizing he was an idiot to not stick up for Antoine Walker and it looks like management is finally waking up to Ainge being incompetent.

There are many articles around and this was my choice for the best one. Every article says something different and Celtics fans are choosing which article to believe based on what the article says. I don’t know if this article was right or not. It says Jefferson is the player to be traded where as the other article says it was Gerald Green. IMO it is wishful thinking to believe that you could get Jermaine O’Neil for Gerald Green. Regardless this is the article I choose to believe. If other Celtics fans can pick and chose so can I.

The Boston Herald is the newspaper that gets a negative 100 stars when it comes to facts. They basically put out the info Danny wants put out. Lying if it suits their purpose. The Globe isn’t much better. Jackie McMullen and Bob Ryan pretty much use their opinion as facts which isn’t factual either. Shira Springer seems clueless. The Herald’s Jerry Callahan is pretty much a shock “journalist” and I use the word lightly. The only reporter in Boston that ever told it like it was is Howard Bryant and he left town awhile ago.( I should say basketball journalist because Peter Gammons is the best reporter in the business along with the NBA’s David Aldridge.

When a big story breaks in Boston sports it is never broken by any of the Boston guys. The first Walker trade was broken by the Dallas papers. When Nomar was traded it was broken by ESPN and when Teddy Bruschi went into the hospital with heart problems the Boston news stations didn’t have it on their news until the evening edition. ESPN had it rolling on the bottom of sports center for at least two hours before Boston picked up the story. That is why I tend to believe sources not from Boston because they have no allegiance to Danny Ainge or Wyc Grousbeck and his latest charity event for a tax deduction.

I must say that I can’t believe some of the stuff I am seeing written by the fans. I am posting comments I agree with and don’t agree with. Some of it is me being dumbfounded by and others I agree with 100%.

“Why isn’t PP coming to bat for Big Al?”- Celtics Blog: MY OPINION: Well if he wouldn’t stick up for Antoine Walker when they actually won games Why would he stick up for Al Jefferson.? Plus I quoted an article by Jackie McMullen from The ESPN website in a blog awhile ago and Pierce pretty much threw Al under the bus in that one. There’s your answer

I’m curious what all the fans think about this public relations nightmare with everyone and their mother saying they wouldn’t play for the Celtics. Garnett, Marion, O’Neal… Last I checked this was one of a couple of storied franchises left in this league.- Celtics Blog: MY OPINION: The Celtics have not won a title in 21 years. How very NY Yankee fan of you to think that winning titles last Century is the bench mark for winning in 2007. Sorry but I can’t see how anyone would blame anyone not wanting to come play here with the situation at hand. Here we are a few month removed from an 18 games losing streak and the second worst record in the NBA this year. Danny Ainge gets on the radio and bad mouths every ex player when they leave town and Wyc makes fun of his ex employee’s at award shows ran by the radio station in town that sells out the truth for Pizza and game tickets. Why do you think no one wants to play here?

One big red flag about Al that I have never gotten over was in his rookie year after we got beat in Game 7 to the Pacers, Al went into Doc’s office and told him he had all the time in the world to get back to the playoffs because he was still young.- Celtics Blog: MY OPINION: I totally forgot about this. I should add this to my reason’s of not thinking Al Jefferson is the right player to lead a franchise known for never giving up anywhere.

Perspective:

1.) In Gaston’s last couple of seasons, the Celtics went 93-71 and got to the ECF and then the second round of the playoffs.

2.) In Wyc/Ainge’s last couple of seasons, the Celtics have gone a combined 57-107 and have gotten the 7th and 5th picks in the lottery.

The irrelevance is happening under the Wyc/Ainge regime.MY OPINION: Read what he said and please stop with the revisionist history Celtics fans.

That is it for now. I could do this all day if I got started.lol
